The Diabetes Centers Program at NIDDK will no longer offer both Diabetes Research Training Center (DRTC, P60) grants and Diabetes Endocrine Research Center Grants (DERC, P30).  Instead, NIDDK now offers Diabetes Research Center Grants (DRC, P30) and a new, distinct program for centers for Diabetes Translation Research (CDTR). CDTRs are specifically designed for T3 translation work, expanding upon the previous Prevention & Control Programs of the DRCs.
